### What It Does

DASH is the operational layer between raw production data and the people who need to act on it. It ships pre-built with 81 analytical dashboards and structures shift handovers, daily exception reviews, and OEE reporting — without BI tool configuration or report server setup.

#### Shift Log

Opens each shift with every scheduled production run, blend instruction, and loading transaction pre-loaded as a structured record. Shift leaders annotate actuals, record scheduled versus actual times and quantities, and close the shift with a documented, queryable handover — not a verbal summary.

#### 81 Pre-Built Dashboards

OEE by equipment line, OTIF delivery performance, and QC Right-First-Time rates by product and period — all pre-calculated by background jobs. No BI tool setup, no report server, no query to write. Adjust the date range and site filter; the data is there.

#### Daily Exceptions

A nightly job scans every production, blend, loading, and QC record for deviations: late runs, plan-vs-actual variance, unresolved quality holds. Each surfaces as a dated exception tagged to its source module (PS, BS, LLOG, QC), worked through Open → Acknowledged → Resolved with a permanent disposition comment.

#### Drill-Through Navigation

Clicking a Shift Log row opens the batch detail or QC sample popup inline — no navigation to a separate module. The Shift Leader Dashboard is accessible directly from Production Schedule and Blend Schedule home screens, so planners can review the prior shift as context for their scheduling work.
